Once logged in, click on the A&R link in the top navigation.

Review all the A&R members. Select one of your choice and click on the "Contact" tab at the bottom of their page. A window will pop up where you can fill in your information, along with a pull-down menu where you can choose to "Send Rep" your SPK (Showcase Press Kit), as well as include a message.
